Obituary from THE ADAIR COUNTY NEWS, Wednesday 06 Mar 1901:

Last Friday night, Mrs. Tate SQUIRES, of Green county, departed this life. 
She died of consumption and was about 35 years old.  She leaves a husband
and several children.
