WILL: Gabriel M. Buckner Will Book 3, Page 1 Green County Court, Greensburg, Kentucky I, Gabriel M. Buckner, of Green County, Kentucky, being in a low state of health and calling to mind my mortality do make the following disposition of my estate. Item 1st, I wish all my just debts to be paid. Item 2d, I leave all my estate to my beloved wife during her natural life or widowhood and that she give off to my children such property as she may think proper, as they arrive of age or marry, and all the property so given off to my said children, I wish valued at the time it is delivered to them, and at the final division of my estate, I wish each of my said children to account for the value of my said property so delivered to them. Item 3rd, If any of my slaves become unmanageable and wish to be sold, I hereby authorize my executor or executors to sell such slaves or slave. Item 4th, at the general division of my estate, I wish my whole estate to be equally divided between all my children equally. That is, that they all receive the same amount from my estate, taking into consideration the advancement made to any of my children before the general division. Item 5th, In the event of my wife marrying, then and in that event, I wish her to have the one-third of my estate, and the remainder then equally divided among all my children as before directed; if my wife does not marry, I wish the general division of my estate before spoken of to take place at the death of my said wife. Item 6th, I hereby appoint my beloved wife, Mary J. Buckner, executrix, and my brother, Robert R. Buckner, and my friends Lewis G. Patteson, and Joel C.
