WILL: J. (John) A. Buckner Green County, KY, Will Book 5, Page 75 I, J. A. Buckner, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me. 1st. I will that all my just debts and burial expenses shall be paid. 2d. I will and bequeath to Tommie Moody my gold watch. 3d. I will and bequeath and desire all the remainder of my property to Tommie Moody and G. A. Moody, each to have and hold one half of said property. 4th I hereby appoint the said G. A. Blakeman At a county court held for Green County at the Court House in Greensburg, Kentucky, on the 14th day of April, 1919, the foregoing Instrument of Writing purporting to be the last will and testament of J. A. Buckner (deceased), late of this county was produced in court and proven by the testimony of M. Blakeman, one of the attesting witnesses hereto, and the attestation of the other subscribing witness, C. H. Noggle, was proven by the oath of Jeff Henry, who stated that he well knew the said C. H. Noggle, and that Noggle was now absent from the State of Kentucky, being in the service of the Knights of Columbus, that he knew the hand writing of the said C. H. Noggle from having seen him write, that the whole of said will was in the hand writing of the said C. H. Noggle, and that the signature of the said C. H. Noggle to said will as one of the attesting witnesses was in the hand writing of the said Noggle, that he well knew the said J. A. Buckner, who was a resident of Green County, Kentucky, that he was over the age of twenty one years at the time of writing said will, and that said J. A. Buckner was at that time of sound mind and disposing memory, that the said C. H. Noggle was at the time of writing of said will a lawyer, in good standing, and the same was examined, approved and established by the court as the last will and testament of J. A.
