I Robert Hay of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit, I will that my body be buried in a Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors herein after named. It is my will and desire that after all my lawful debts are paid that all my estate both real and personal be sold at such time and on such credits as my Executors shall consider ...(illegible) I hereby authorize my acting Executor to convey my title in the real estate to the purchaser or purchasers and I will that the money on the sales as collected be paid over in equal shares to my wife, Nancy, my son Jno my daughter Nancy and my Granddaughter Louisa Landers or rather to the Guardians of the said children John Nancy and Granddaughter Louisa Landers.
