He always complained of his back being afflicted and weak and every year he was at times unable to work at all, some time ten days at a time. When thus taken he would walk in a stooping position and used a cane and seemed to suffer great pain. He only received pay for actual work done by him. I have seen him attempt to do hard work and he would break down and he requested the foreman not to give him any hard work as he could not do it. In my judgement said Dillow was afflicted in the back as he claimed and totally disabled from hard manuel labor and at light work could do about one half of an ordinary man. His Post Office address is Greenup C.H. Kentucky. I furher declare that I have no interest in said case and am not concerned in it its prosecution. C.W. Davidson John T. Womack George Kouns
