State of Kentucky, Greenup County, Lewis Henson herby certifies that a marriage is to be solemnized between himself and Ella Adkins on the 12th day of July 1909, at the house of Jesse Adkins, in Cirgie in said county. He is widower aged 39 years, was born in the county of Elliott, State of Kentucky; his father was born in Kentucky and his mother in Kentucky. She is divorced aged 20 years; was born in the county of Elliott State of Kentucky: her father was born in Kentucky, and her mother was born in Kentucky. Dated at Greenup, Greenup County, Ky., this 12th day of July, 1909. (Handwritten notes as follows:) Attest S. C.
