J. Chambers, Plaintiff against Lydia Roberts, &c. Defendants, then pending in the Hancock Circuit Court, an order was entered at the October Term, 1918, directing C. C. McAdams Master Commissioner of said court, to expose for sale at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, the property hereinafter described; and whereas, said property was sold in accordance with said order, on the 25th day of November 1918 for the sun of Five hundred and fifty ($550.00) Dollars and cents, when Ed Patterson became the purchaser thereof; and whereas, the report of said sale was confirmed by said court at the January Term 1919 an order was entered directing C. C. McAdams Master Commissioner, to execute a Deed of Conveyance of said property to Ed Patterson but for greater certainty, the records and proceedings in the said case are referred to Now, therefore this indenture, made and entered into this 2" day of June 1919, between Lydia Roberts, Floyd Roberts, Forrest Roberts, Richard Roberts, Bernice Roberts, Yates Roberts, Ruby Pearl Roberts, John D. Kelly admr. of S. R. Roberts decd., Lizzie Roberts, Mark H. Roberts, Thomas G. Roberts, Ophelia Campbell, William Campbell her husband, Claude R. Roberts, Bertha A. Owens infant over 14 years of age, Junious Owens her husband by C. C. McAdams Master Commissioner of said court, of the first part, and Ed Patterson of the second part. Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the premises, and for the further consideration of the full payment of the P.110 full payment of the purchase price aforesaid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part, by C. C. McAdams Master Commissioner aforesaid, have sold, and by this writing does convey to the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever, the following described property towit: Beginning at a rock by a dogwood stump in William Edwards line thence S. 16 W. 126 1/4 poles with Edwards and Richardson lines to a stone in a branch, with sugar tree and white oak pointers thence . 74 W. 125 poles with the line of the lands bought of Taylor Richardson, at a stone near Blackford Creek a large beech and hickory pointers, thence N. 16 E. 126 1/4 poles with Turnhams line at a large gum markers as a corner to William Edwards land; thence s. 74 E. 125 poles with Edwards line to the beginning containing 99 acres, and being the same conveyed said S. R. Roberts by deed dated March 11th, 1907 and recorded in the clerks office of the Hancock County Court in Deed Book 35 Page 220. To Have and To Hold said property, with its appurtenances, unto the said grantee, heirs and assigns. The said commissioner conveys all the right, title and interest, legal and equitable of the said Lydia Roberts, Floyd Roberts, Forrest Roberts, Richard Roberts, Bernice Roberts, Yates Roberts, Ruby Pearl Roberts, John D. Kelly admr. of S. R. Roberts decd., Lizzie Roberts, Mark H. Roberts, Thomas G. Roberts, Ophelia Campbell, William Campbell her husband, Claude R. Roberts, Bertha A. Owens infant over 14 years of age, Junious Owens her husband in and to said property and warrants the title thereto so far as he is authorized by the judgement, orders, and proceedings in said cause, and no further p. 111 but he does not bind himself personally by anything contained herein, in any event whatsoever.
