DEATH AT HAWESVILLE --
     George BAUER, Sr., father of George and Fred BAUER and Mrs. Rud HELBACH, died 
in Hawesville Friday evening, March 4, 1904, of senility.  He was born in Germany 
in 1818, and came to America in 1846.  He was a member of the Catholic Church.
