OBITUARY
Page 1 -- DIED OF SENILITY
     Mrs. Mary SCOTT of Lewisport -- Was of old well-known family, died at 11:40 
p.m. Friday night, July 23, 1903, after an illness of 3 months.  She was past 80 
years of age, and belonged to one of the oldest and best families in Hancock 
County.  Her father, Mike SMITH came to Hancock County in 1839.  She was the 
sister of the late George SMITH and of Mr. Levi SMITH and Mrs. Cattie GREATHOUSE, 
who now reside in Lewisport.  She leaves two sons:
Lawson WOOLBRIDGE of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County)
George W. SCOTT of Owensboro, Ky (Daviess County)
two daughters:
Mrs. Sallie HICKS of Lewisport, Ky
Miss Mary SCOTT who lived with her mother until her death.  Funeral services held 
at the home Sunday afternoon, and burial in Lewisport burying ground.
