MRS. W. L. STERETT DEAD --
     Mrs. STERETT, formerly of Hawesville, died at her home in Evansville 
(Vanderburgh County), Indiana on Thursday, October 8, 1903.  Her funeral was held 
on Sunday, October 11, and her remains were taken to Hawesville for burial.  Mrs. 
STERETT had long been ill of consumption (now called tuberculosis).
