Isaac Bishop's Will

This indenture made and enterd into this 9th day of March 1897 by and between John 
S.Bishop.Nannie Bishop his wife, Jas K.P bishop , F.J.Bishop his wife, William H.  Bishop 
,Norvin G Bishop,America Dillander(Nee Bishop)and William Dillander her Husband heirs of W.R 
Bishop deceased all of the County of Hardin and State of Kentucky,parties of the frist part 
and Mrs.Fanny Bishop relict and guardian of her son W.P Bihop ( of unsound mind)heirs of the 
said W.R.Bishop deceased ,of the same county and state of the second part Witnesseth:That 
for and in consideration of deeds this day made by the party of the second part unto the 
parties of the frist part in the partision of the lands tenements and reditaments which 
descended to the said John S.Bishop, Nannie his wife,Jas K.Bishop, F.J his wife, William 
H.Bishop, Norvin G. Bishop ( America Dillander(Nee Bishop) William Dillander her husband and 
Fanny Bishop Relict and gurdian of W.P. Bishop in coparenary by and after the death of the 
said W.R.Bishop in the Manor and Form Following . it is convenanted and granted between the 
parties and the said parties of the frist part by these presents do grant that the  said  
parties of the second part shall have  for thrie part and purparty of the aforesaid lands 
tenements anf hereditanents a certain part consisting of all the lands between the north 
eastern lines of lots 2,3,and 4 on plat and salt river of which the said W.R. Bishop had 
possesion at the time of his death together with a palsway and 2 pear trees on the west side 
of the barn as long as they retain possession of said part but shall revert to James K. 
Bishop at thier death or should they sell their part.The parties of the second part are to 
have a road 20 feet wide where the presents road runs across the park of Jas.K Bishop and 
America Dillander( Nee Bishop) which the parties of the second have and enjoy to them their 
heirs in full recompense and allowance of and for their part and purparty that to them 
belongeth or tight ought  to belong of all the said land,teements and hereditamnets by and 
after the death of the said W.R Bishop as his relict and heirs in testimony where of the 
parties of the frist part have here unto set their hand and seals the day and date friat 
written above.
