On the motion of the administration of the estate of George HINCH dec'd it is ordained that Robert Vese ALEXANDER, Robert HODGINS and William BROWNFIELD be appointed commissioners & guardians to convey land for the infant heirs of the deceased. Same Day: On the applicatiin of Isaac LARUE in favor of the orphans of George HINCH, dec'd against Patrick CALIHAN for misuse. Said KELEHAN agreed to give up said orphans to Samuel HINCH next of kin to them and thereupon the complaint was dismissed. May 1799 / Hardin Co. Court Orders: A deed from the heirs of George HINCH dec'd to Christian HAHN by Robert Vese ALEXANDER, Robert HODGEN and William BROWNFIELD, commissioners and guardians of said heirs was acknowledged and the same was also acknowledged by James NOURSE, James WATKINS and Jonathan STARK - order recorded. January 1800 Hardin Co. Court Orders - ordered that the infant orphans of George HINCH dec'd be bound apprentices to the following persons towit: William HINCH to Peter COOPRIGHTER, blacksmith Joseph HINCH to Isaac LARUE to lear the art of the tanners trade Eleanor HINCH to Isaac LARUE Mary HINCH to Andrew REED Elizabeth HINCH to Robert Vese ALEXANDER Nov 1800 / Hardin Co. Court Orders John HINCH, Elizabeth HINCH, Evalina HINCH, infant orphans of George HINCH, dec'd being admitted by the court, chose Isaac LARUE for their guardian whereupon said Isaac LaRUE with Robert HODGINS and James BROWN his securitiess entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of 100 pounds for security of said orphans.
