Witnesseth that the said Jacob ENLOW & Elizabeth for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty pounds current money of the State aforesaid to him in hand paid by the said William McMULLIN the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained and sold, and by these Presents do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said William McMULLIN a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred acres, lying & being in Hardin County Severn's Valley & on the head of Buffaloe Creek ajoining Abraham ENLOW on the north of his hundred and tract, & bounded as followeth To wit, beginning at a small hickory, thence with a line of the same, north five Degrees West, one hundred Poles to two hickories, thence South eighty four degrees, West one hundred & fifty Poles to a black Oak standing on the head stream of Freemans Creek, thence South six Degrees East one hundred poles to a white oak Jack oak & hickory, thence north eighty four Degrees, East one hundred & fifty poles to the beginning. Together with all and singular its appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said William McMULLIN, and his heirs & assigns forever, and to the only proper use and behoof of him the said William McMULLIN and his heirs forever, and the said Jacob ENLOW & Elizabeth for themselves and their heirs Do further Covenant and agree to and with the said William McMULLIN and his heirs to warrant & forever Defend aforesd tract of land and its appurtenances with the said William McMULLIN and his heirs against themselves and their heirs, and every other person whatsoever------- In witness whereof the said Jacob ENLOW & Elizabeth have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the Day & year first within written.
