Jesse Earl Frakes, 90, of Radcliff, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2002.  Funeral
is 11 a.m. today at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Vine Grove; 
burial in Vine Grove Cemetery.  Visitation continues at 9 a.m. today at 
the funeral home.
