Heinzman, 68, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2002, at Hospice Care Center in Fort Wayne. A native of Hardin County, she was a member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Fort Waye and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorean Peters Howard Einsel and Freeman Howard. Survivors include her husband, Max Heinzman; two sons, Vance Heinzman of Algona, Iowa, and William Heinzman of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Marianne Piebino of Whitley County, Ind.; a special aunt, Odaleen Johnson of Cecilia; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Steve Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
