Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville, Ky
Adeline White Rice, age 81, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Campbellsville, 
died Thursday, July 3, 2003, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital. 
She was the daughter of the late Brack White and Ada Smith White of Taylor 
County. 
Mrs. Rice was a member of the First Baptist Church where she was an active 
member of the senior choir.
She was a retired employee of the Union Underwear Company. 
She was preceded in death: 
by one brother, Woodrow White
five sisters, Louise Sanders, Lorine Frazier,Loretta Smith, Isabelle Penick 
and Dorothy Williams. 
She is survived by:
one daughter, Cornella Price Stewart of Elizabethtown, 
one grand- daughter, Aliesel Rebecca Myers
one great-grandson, Lance Buttermore of Elizabethtown. 
Several other relatives also survive along with a host of friends. 
Funeral services:
at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 8, 2003, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel, 
Campbellsville, Ky 
burial in the Brookside Cemetery, Campbellsville, Ky. 
Reverend George P. Lee III officiated.
