RECORDS: Sue Ann Spivey Obituary, Hardin County, 2002 ------------------------------- Submitted by: Sherri Hall Date: 24 June 2002 ------------------------------- From the News-Enterprise, Sunday, May 26, 2002 Sue Ann Spivey, 58, of Radcliff, died Friday, May 24, 2002 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. She was a Metcalfe County native, a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Freewill Baptist Church. She retired from civil service at Fort Knox in 1988. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mary Ann Bunch Devore, and two sisters, Dorothy Riley and Connie Tanner. Survivors include three sons, Charles Anthony Spivey of Louisville, Robert Fields of Rineyville and Danny Fields of Glasgow; a daughter, Regina Demeter of Columbus, OH; a sister, Florine Shockley of Edmonton; a stepson, Bobby Spivey of Kingsport, TN; a stepdaughter, Rebecca Repass of Gate City, VA; and two grandchildren. The funeral is Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Mike Dixon officiating.
