For the past three months she had been confined to her bed and gradually grew worse, until the family had bit little hope of her recovery. Her death was a painless one and she died as she had lived a devoted and consistant christian. Her cousin stood at her bedside as the lamp of life went out and ministered to her dying wants. The deceased was in the 21st year of her age and was a young lady of attractive manner and many charms, both of mind and person. Those of her family and acquaintances who came in daily contact with her were devoted to her, while she had the esteem of all who knew her. The funeral services were conducted here Monday at St. James catholic church and the interment took place in the catholic cemetery.
