Dora Jane Lutz, 64, died Tuesday at her home. She was the former Dora Sampson, a native of 
Elizabethtown, a retired registered nurse at the old Methodist Evangelical Hospital and a 
member of Parkland Baptist Church. Survivors: a daughter, Gloria Bowman; a son, Randy Lutz; 
a brother, Joe Sampson; sisters Anna Epley, Wilma Bush and Sue Cherrie; and three 
grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday, Arch L. Heady Okolona, 8519 Preston Highway.
Burial: Hardin Memorial  Gardens Park, Elizabethtown. Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Thursday. 
Memorial gifts: Hospice &  Palliative Care of Louisville.
