Will Book B p. 66 In the name of God Amen I HENRY DEVER of Hardin County and State of Kentucky being --- the Mercy of God the weak of Body yet of a sound and perfect understanding and memory do constitute this my last will and testament and desire it to be receved by all as such first and fourmost I Recommend my Body to be Buryd In decent christian Buryel and my soul to god who gave it who I hope will leave it to himself for the same of my Redemor who I hope has died for me as to my worldly affacts I will that all my Lawfull debts be paid. Item: I give to my Grandson WM. MILES DEVER two hundred acres of land in Hardin County it being the plantation where I now Liv. Item: I giv to my Daughter SARAH FARMER one feather bed and furniture. Item: I giv to my Daughters MARGARET HINTON , WILLIETTAMUS (?) POLK, RACHEL ASH, MARY HARGAS, ELIZABETH HARGAS and Sons BENJAMIN and STEVEN DEAVOR to each and every one of them five shilings to be paid out of my moveable property and the rest of my estate with all my debts Due to me I giv to my Sone THOMAS DEAVOR to be at his disposal wome (whom) I Constitute Executor of my estate and this my last for a maintenance whils I liv.
