Will Book B p. 20 In the name of God Amen I MOSES McINTIRE of the County of Hardin and State of Kentucky being of perfect mind and memory thanks be to god for the same and knowing that it is ordered for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and Testament that is to say first of all I give and recommend my sole to god who gave it. Imprimus: I give to my beloved wife MARY McINTIRE during her widowhood the Plantation where I now live together with the choice of two of my horse Beasts the Stock of Cattle and Hogs and House hold and Kitchen Furniture and Farming utensils and my negro man ABRAHAM for the support of my wife and children and should my wife MARY choose to marry then it is my desire for her to have the one third part of the before mentioned property during her life. Imprimus: it is my desire after the death or marriage of my wife for my estate to be equally Divided between my Six Children towit: NICHOLAS ANDERSON McINTIRE, CHARLES MORROW McINTIRE, AARON JAMES McINTIRE, ELIJAH McINTIRE, MOSES McINTIRE and MARY McINTIRE my children, Then it is my desire for the balance of my Estate should be sold to pay my Just Debts. Lastly it is my desire that my wife MARY McINTIRE should be my Executrix my friend JOHN CHURCHILL should be my Exeter. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 8th day of February 1810. ESSEX LEWIS DUFFY JOHN CHURCHILL The Codicil of this my last will is as follows that my negro man ABRAHAM be disposed of by my Executrix and Executor to pay my debts after the same are filed if any residue remains after the sale of him and the rent of my property not in my will otherwise Dispose of then it is my will that the same be laid out in the purchase of a negro boy or girl to be placed in the same situation that the negro man ABRAHAM was by my will for the use of my wife and Support of my children and as I am of the opinion my wife MARY is now pregnant that shall such child be born alive it is my will that it has Equal proportion of my estate with any of my other children name in my will.
