B- page 332 Court 10-9-1809 75 Acres land unsold in Culpeper Co. Va. to be sold for cash. Two sons William and Cain Withers.-was some land in the tract that I sold to Jessey WITHERS disputed by David HUTSON and said Jessey has never paid for it. Now if it is recovered the money that will be due… divided between two sons William and Cain. All my children. Land that I get out of two entries made by my father in law (if any) lying on the Ohio River lying now in Hardin Co. for 500 acres each be equally divided among all my daughters Elizabeth Hoard Withers, Agnes Withers, Nancy GRIGSBY wife of Smith Grigsby, Susan WITHERS, Peggy WITHERS and Patsey Withers. Three youngest sons Hoard WITHERS, Benjamin Lewis Jiles Travis WITHERS, and John Parkison WITHERS all of tract of land I now live on containing 200 acres until son youngest son John Parkison Withers arrives to age of 14 years, but it is to remain as a home for all my children both girls and boys that choose to live on it … until said John arrives to age of 14… executor William Withers my son, John BALL, and William WITHERS my neighbor and my cozen.
