Cynthiana Democrat 1 Feb 1912 Thursday Vol. 64 No. 19 Pg. 1 Col. 2 Frank Rose Suicides Age 40, suicided near his home in Bourbon Co. yesterday by shooting himself and cutting his throat. Son of John Fletcher Rose, of Harrison Co. Born and raised in Mt. Pleasant vicinity. He was the third brother to kill himself. Survived by wife, formerly Miss Lucy Fookes, and two children (not named). He was cousin of Mrs. E. M. Curran of Cynthiana. James Dunnington, age about 70, died near Colville, Friday. Bachelor and survived by one brother, John Dunnington. Burial in Millersburg Cem. Mrs. Martha Faulkner, age 67, died near Selma, Tuesday. Burial in Family GY. Mrs. Margaret Ravenscraft, age 76, died at Ruddles Mills on Sunday. Survived by two children, Mrs. J. Ritchie, Mr. Sam Ellison. Buried at Jacksonville on Saturday Cecil Knight, age 17, died at the home of his father, John McKnight. Burial at Mt. Gilead Mrs. Margaret Forsythe died 24 Jan 1912. Born 5 Jun 1838. Married John F. Sydnor, age 50 years, 1 month and 22 days died 23 Jan 1912. Burial in Raven Creek Cem. Survived by wife, one son, two daughters, mother, one brother, and two half brothers (not named). Judge Fryer refused a new trial for L. D. Hall, convicted of murder of Elijah Woods, and sentenced him to from two to twenty years in the penitentiary. Hall appealed. Died: Mrs. Sarah J.
