H. Cummins, of Robinson, Saturday after several months illness with Bright's disease. The funeral and burial took place at Benson, Sunday. The deceased is survived by two sisters and two brothers. (Jennie is nickname. Name was Jane Cummins daughter of Fleming Cummins and Nancy Beckett. dh) Lucian Mann, age 74, a Confederate Veteran who served under Morgan, died at Carlisle Friday. Virgil Breeze, age 10 months, son of R. W. Breeze, Broadwell, died Monday. Burial in Jacksonville Cem. Tuesday. Leona Brewsaugh, daughter of Elemus Brewsaugh, died at Harrison Hospital on Monday. Burial in Battle Grove. J. V. Woolums, of Davis, died Monday. Connersville items: Mrs. Annie M. Barlow, wife of Tompkins Barlow, died at Berry, Friday. From a broken hip sustained over a year ago. Survived by husband, three sons and a daughter: Mrs. Jas. Whalen, of Sunrise; Alfred Barlow of Berry; Sam Barlow of Avena; John Barlow of Havilandsville. She was formerly Mrs. Annie Lenox. Burial at Barlow. J. K. Hutchison, died near Corinth. Age 70. Mrs. Emma F. Hickman, widow of Dr. J. H. Hickman died Saturday at the residence of Dr. D. C. Patterson where she lived. Buried at Shelbyville. Age 65, formerly Miss Emma McDowell, born and reared near Eufala, AL. Dr. Hickman was in the Confederate Army and met his wife there in AL. In 1876 they moved to Cynthiana. Account of meeting of the heirs of Richard Bard Harcourt, of England, which was held at the office of W. S. Haviland, Commercial Bank building 29 Jan 1869. T. D. Urmsron was chairman and A. P. Harcourt, Secretary. The object of the meeting was to secure funds to prosecute the claims of the heirs in an English estate. The Urmstons, Shropshires and Harcourts were the principal claimants. Leeslick A yound horse driven by Mr. Perry Martin on Tricum pike became frightened by an auto, ran away, demolished the buggy, throwing out Mr. Martin and breaking his leg in two places. Lutes, 12, was found drowned in a pond, where he was swimming. Mrs. Parent of Unity, IL, was found dead in her berth on a train at Georgetown. Bourbon Co. Died: At Orway, CO, from consumption, A. T. Vinmont, 30, of Millersburg. Penleton Co. Died: Mrs. Edwin Lake, 47, Mrs. Mariah J. Mains, 71; Mrs. Margaret Otto, 75. Nicholas Co. Died: Mrs. Mary Anna Stone, 79; Mrs. Emma Campbell, 74. On 21 April, Sunday, Mrs. Susan Elizabeth Daley, at home of her daughter, Mrs. T. C. Asbury of Barterville. Survived by twochildren, Mrs. Asbury and Mrs. Elizabeth Dundon, Paris. Mrs. Lizzie Moss, age 73, died at home of her son, W. R. Moss, Friday. Widow of Andrew Moss who died about 6 years ago. Survived by four sons and two daughters: Mrs. Harry Northcutt, Covington; Mrs. P. A. Toadvine of Robinson; Dud, Ben B., Will R., and James N. Burial in Pythian Grove. Cynthiana Democrat 9 May 1912 Thursday Vol. 64 No. 33 Pg. 12 Col. 3 Claysville (Ella Minor Hitch) From Snyder, OK, comes the sad news that my sister, Mrs. Jane Minor Ferguson has died. She would have been 76 on 1 July 1912. Married J. J. Ferguson in 1858. They had six children. Her two oldest, Robert and Minor died several years ago. Her husband died two years ago. Surviving are: Mrs. Mattie Barkley, Denver, CO; Mrs. Nannie Kramer and Will Ferguson of Snyder; Charlie Ferguson of New York. One brother, J. Robert Minor of Augusta and one sister, Mrs. Ella Minor Hitch, survive.
