PHILIPS Infant son of W. W. Phillips deid at age 2m 9d, 29 Jan. 1909. Buried at Oddville Cem. on Saturday HON. C. W.WEST Former governor of Utah, whose death in California was noted last week. He was buried on Wednesday in Battle Creek Cem. MRS. HATTIE HILL Age 28, died of consumption at home of her husband, Robert Hill, nera A. Keller distillery on Thursday last week. Survived by husband and one child. She was Miss Hattie Brewsaugh. CLARA BELL FRYMAN Died Wednesday, 3 Feb. 1909, daguther of L. C. Fryman. She was 7 months old. Buired at Wagoner's Chapel. MRS. ELIZABETH A. STEWART Died 3 Dec. 1908 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. J. Renaker. Her sons, Dr. J. T. Stewart, Los Angeles, Mr. J. N. Stewart, Los Angeles and daughter Mrs. J. J. Renaker, Monrovia, were at her bedside at death. She was from a family of high lineage in Virginia where her father was a minister of the Baptist Church went in early life to Kentucky where many years of her younger womanhood were passed as the wife of a Baptist clergyman and where she was closely identified with the work of the church in whose cause her life long service was unremitting. Coming to Monrovia, CA. 21 years ago with the family of her daughter, Mrs. J. J. Renaker. LOG CABIN Fri. 5 Feb 1909 Vol. 14 No. 6 Pg. 7 Col. 1 HINTON (Delayed from last week.) Mrs. Catherine Morris, age about 80, died at home of her daughter, Mrs. W. P. McKenney, at Erlanger on Friday. Buried near Hinton. Widow of Richard Morris. Survived by four children: G. B. Morris and James Morris from Cincinnati; Mrs. John Godman of near Renaker; Mrs. W. P. McKenney of Erlanger.
