LUTICIA BELL Death reported in Curry Items. W. J. BRUNKER Died 29 Mar. 1909 at residence in Republican neighborhood. Born in Westford, England, 16 Sep. 1826 coming to this country when 5 years old. In Dec. 1847 he married Miss Margaret Adair and they had 14 children, ten boys and four girls. His wife, four sons and three daughters preceded him in death. Survived by six sons and one daughter. He also leaves two brothers and one sister. Buried in Republican Cem. beside his wife on 29 Mar. 1909. WALTER ODER Born 2 Sep. 1870 and died 30 Mar. 1909, age 38y 4m 28d. Married to Miss Willie B. Wolf, 14 Sep. 1893. Survived by wife and two children. Also by one sister, Mrs. Lillie Harris, Covington, and two brothers, Willie Oder, Covington and Rev. Lonnie Oder, TX. MRS. REBECCA F. BURBRIDGE Widow of Col. O. H. Burbridge of Hutchison Station, Bourbon Co. died Sunday at her home. Leaves seven children: Mrs. A. Billingsley, Washington; J. Burbridge, Lexington; Mrs. Edward Shropshire, IA; Misses Lucy and Mary B. Burbridge, Bourbon Co.; Russell C. Burbridge, Kansas City and Steven Burbridge, Bourbon Co. MRS. CHARLES K. MEGIBBEN Died in Kansas City on Wednesday. Was Miss Evelyn Beatty, who was visiting Mr. & Mrs. J. S. Withers and it was here that she met her future husband, Mr. Chas. K. Megibben. They married about 7 years ago and they moved to Kansas City three years. She was 29 and the daughter of G. B. Beatty of Kansas City. Survived by parents, husband, one son and two sisters. Son of late James Humphrey, born in Harrison Co. in Curry vicinity on 18 Jul. 1864. Brother of Will Humphrey, Mrs. Ed Meed and Mrs. W. H. Toadvine of this county and Edgar Humphrey, Marion, OH. Survived by wife, formerly Miss Rhoda Baugh, of London, KY and married only two years ago. Buried in Battle Grove. HENRY S. WHALEN Died Wednesday in Cynthiana of consumption. Buried in Battle Grove. Son of Joseph Whalen. About 24 years ago married, Miss Fannie Barlow, daughter of Alfred Barlow, who survives him. He leaves three daughters: Miss Mamie, Lauretta and Lelia and one son, Herbert Whalen. He also leaves one brother, Sol Whalen, IL, one sister, Mrs. Ben Price; four half brothers, Chas., Elzie, George, and Ernest. Also four half-sisters; Clara, Emma, Nettie and Myrtie. WALTER S. MARSHALL Died, age 30y 4m 14d, buried at Jacksonville Cem. on Friday. Survived by mother, three sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Eliza Maybrier; Mrs. Sallie Gaunce; Miss Dillie Marshall; Willie; Leonard; George. He was son of Joshua and Nancy Marshall. WM. H. Formerly Miss Luticia Copes. Survived by husband and 10 children (9 boys and 1 girl). Daughter is Mrs. Nannie Thornberry, near Falmouth. Also leaves one sister, Mrs. S. I. Brannock.
