B. Son of William Rankin. Survived by wife and four children (not named). Burial in Benson. Andrew Jackson Gardner, aged 54, died in Bourbon Co. Tuesday. Survived by wife and four children (not named). He was brother of Mrs. Amanda Bowman, of Cynthiana. Buried in Paris. Samuel L. McDowell, one of Robinson’s prominent men, died Monday. Cynthiana Democrat 30 May 1912 Thursday Vol. 64 No. 36 Pg. 5 Col. 1 Claysville (Ella Minor Hitch) Decoration at Sunrise, Sunday Afternoon, were an occasion for a very large crowd and under the auspices of the order of Odd Fellows. R. H. Dodson, pastor of the Christian Churches at Claysville and Sunrise delivered the address in the Methodist Church. On account of the critical illness of Mr. John Whalen who lives near the Christian Church it was thought best not to have the exercises in that church. Brown, 91, the oldest woman in Bourbon Co. Grant Co. “Aunt Sippy” Ogden died at Corinth, age 92, the oldest woman in the county. Pendleton Co. Died: Mrs. John Ochs, 52; Louis C. Grimes, at North Bend, OH; Mrs. Wilbur Wyatt, 21 at Antioch Mills. Nicholas Co. Died: Mrs. John G. Bell, 53. Wm. Walden, formerly of this county, oldest son of Joseph Walden, was killed at Moberly, MO. last Friday by a train. Survived by wife and two children (not named).
