W. Criswell to dig and fill up graves and move rock. All parties having graves dug hereafter will be required to pay $3.50 for large grave and $3.00 for a grave of infant under three years. Buried in Georgetown Cemetery. Age 53, survived by wife and one son, Fred Johnson. Also survived by mother, Mrs. Bettie Johnson, a sister, Mrs. John Hicky, Lexington. - Georgetown Times JAMES CLARK Died yesterday morning at his home two miles from Claysville. Brother of M. C. Clark and uncle of Ed and Abe Clark of Cynthiana. ARCHIBALD VanDEREN Died at his home in Tuscola, IL, 16 Aug. 1909. Age 79, native of Harrison Co. Buried at Tuscola, IL. Hill, killed at Robertson Milling Co. at Robinson Wednesday. Caught in machinery. Buried at Battle Grove. One brother, Otis, mentioned in the article. Mr. Joe Beckett and wife were guests of his daughter Mrs. Nannie Moore, Sunday. Alvin Deering, Kirtley Price, Clara Hill and Lola Arnold were guests of Misses Verna and Iva Price, Saturday night and Sunday. Smith Arnold and family were guests of his brother, John Arnold and Family. A surprise ice cream supper and musical party was given to Mr. Howard Fitzwater Saturday night, as Sunday the 15th was his 26th birthday. There were about 20 present. Miss Verna Price, who has been studying music in Cynthiana, spent Sunday at home. KELAT Miss Ethel Sellars entertained at her beautiful home in the country Sunday at dinner the following guests: Misses Lucy Wilson, Macie King, Mae Sandy, Vivian Hill, Ethel Whitaker, Stella Hicks, Furnee Henry, Nellie Brannock and Alma Land. Messrs. Cecil Carr, Herbert Rose, Roy Sandy, Ora Hill, Sam Earle, Robert Henry, Willie Brannock, Everett Hicks Tom Roberts and wife, A. B. Wheeler and wife and two children.
