Hoffman, Plaintiff against Lillian Race Hall, Defendant In obedience to a Judgement and Order of Sale entered herein by the Harrison Circuit Court at its February term 1910 the undersigned, Master Commissioner of said Court, will on Monday the 28th day of March, 1910 offer for sale at 2:00 p.m. at public auction to the highest bidder, on a credit of 12 months in front of the court house door in Cynthiana, KY, the following described property to- wit: A tract of 121 acres of land on Sunrise and Havilandsville Turnpike Road in Harrison County, KY, being the same conveyed by Fannie Mifford to Lillian Race etc. of record in the Clerk's office of Harrison County Court and particularly described in the judgement in the above styled case to which reference is here made to produce the sums so ordered to be made.
