In obedience to a Judgement and Order of Sale entered herein by the Harrison 
Circuit Court at its February term 1910 the undersigned, Master Commissioner of 
said Court, will on Monday the 28th day of March, 1910 offer for sale at 2:00 
p.m. at public auction to the highest bidder, on a credit of 12 months in front 
of the court house door in Cynthiana, KY, the following described property to-
wit:
A tract of 121 acres of land on Sunrise and Havilandsville Turnpike Road in 
Harrison County, KY, being the same conveyed by Fannie Mifford to Lillian Race 
etc. of record in the Clerk's office of Harrison County Court and particularly 
described in the judgement in the above styled case to which reference is here 
made to produce the sums so ordered to be made.  
The purchaser, with apporved security, will execute bonds for the purchase 
price payable to H. L. Peterson, Master Commissioner, according to law.  
Bidders will be prepared to comply with these terms.

Mrs. Ella Hite nee Dunn, d. Sunday in Paris.  Age 66. Widow of John Hite.  She 
was native of Harrison Co.  Survived by son, John Hite, Memphis.
Mrs. Ben Tyler d. Tuesday in Cynthiana age 43, formerly Miss Sallie Thompson.  
Survived by husband, one daughter, Miss Lizzie Tyler, one brother, Arthur 
Thompson of this county and one sister, Mrs. T. T. Asbury, of Bracken Co.  
Buried in Germantown Cem. 
Will J. Renaker killed in streetcar accident in Los Angeles, CA last week.
