There will be an all days meeting with dinner on the grounds and those who can do so are invited to bring basket dinner. Elder F. M. Rains, of Cincinnati, will preach the dedicatory sermon, and will doubtless attract a large crowd. The new church is one of the handsomest country churches in the county. It is build of concrete, and makes a splendid appearence, as it si situated on eleveated ground just east of the railroad staion at Robinson. Log Cabin Friday 17 Jun 1910 Vol. 15 No. 23 Pg. 1 Col. 5 Dropped Dead In Cemetery while awaiting burial of Niece Miss Nannie Humphery d. yesterday in McKinley Graveyard near Poindexter while awaiting the burial of her niece, Miss Pearl Humphrey. Buired in family burying ground near the Friendship church. In reading last week's paper concerning the Mexican soldiers I am reminded that there is but one in this community, Mr. Thomas Ryan, about 85 years old. Mrs. Lizzie Eckler, d. 12 Jun 1910 at Berry. Log Cabin Friday 17 Jun 1910 Vol. 15 No. 23 Pg. 3 Col. 4 Stratton Crow Beckett and wife, of Waynesville, OH, has returned home after a week's visit with relatives here and at Sunrise. Mr. Beckett was called to Sunrise at the death of his daughter, Mrs. Ed Whiteker. Log Cabin Friday 17 Jun 1910 Vol. 15 No. 23 Pg. 5 Col. 3 Deaths Dr. Joseph J. Brooks, d. last week at home of his brother, Dr. W. T. Brooks in Paris. Mrs. Matthew Curran, d. last Friday of paralysis near Leesburg. Buired in Jacksonville Cem. Survived by husband and one son, George Curran. Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Eckler, nee Stewart, b. 1 Oct 1838 near Friendship, Harrison Co. She was one of 11 children with five brothers still living. Parents were James Annias and Deborah Stewart. d. 12 Jun 1910. m1. Josephus Dunn in Mar 1865 and had one child which died when quite young. m2. John Eckler 25 Mar 1869 They had three sons, Thoams, Jasper and William Authur. In March 1867, they moved to Corinth. The following year Thomas and William Arthur died and on 10 April 1899, her husband died. In October 1904 she moved with her son and wife (Mr. & Mrs. Jasper Eckler) to Berry where she died. Burial was in the Ecklar Grave Yard near Corinth.
