Each one took a well-filled basket to laden the table at the noon hour, which was beautifully arranged with all the dainties that loving hands could prepare. The day was a most pleasant one to all present and "Uncle Tom” as he is called by everyone, expressed his appreciation in kind words and best wishes for those present. Among those present from a distance were: Abraham and Baskem Elmore, of Berry; A. R. Langley, wife and two sons, Morford and Hansford of Brooksville and J. M. Parker and family from Falmouth.
