Buried at Salem. Log Cabin Friday 26 Jun 1908 Vol. 13 No. 25 Pg. 5 Col. 2 DEATHS The infant baby of Ben Chipley and wife died June 17, 1908. Buried at Mt. Horeb Church, June 19th. Mrs. Mirabah S. Wyles aged 54 years died at her home in Beaver Baptist vicinity last Friday night. She was daughter of Joseph and Charlotte A. Sipes and was born in the same house that she died in. At age 28 she married Mr. Peter P. Wyles, who died a few years ago. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Z. W. Lee and ten children, namely Misses Mamie, Lizzie, and Grace Wyles, Messrs. Hub, Joe, Lee, Frank, John and Henry Wyles and Mrs. Raymond Myers. She was buried at Beaver Baptist. Senator E. Kenton, aged 76 one of Robertson county's leading citizens died at his home on Thursday of last week. He was buried in the family cemetery. He is survived by wife and one son, Judge W. L. Kenton. Mr. & Mrs. Henry W. Gnadnger have the sincere sympathy of the community, at the death of Helen, one of the bright little twin daughters which occurred Tuesday morning. Burial in Battle Grove. Mrs. Lenore Case, wife of D. Morris Case, of Lexington, died in the hospital in Lexington last Saturday afternoon. She wsa 32 years old and the daughter of Mrs. Nannie Kerr Wilson and the late Dr. John M. Wilson of Williamstown. She is survived by husbnad and one daughter Nannette, aged 8 years, by her mother, one brother, Eugene and four sisters, Misses Corinne and Maud Wilson, Mrs. John Hill of Louisville and Mrs. Edgar Carrick, of New York. Buried in Williamstown Cem. Pg. 5 Col. 3 BIRTHS Born on June 23, to the wife of Louie Midden, a boy. Born, near Paris on Brentville Pike, to the wife of John Smith formerly Miss Lillie Jones, of Leesburg, twin daughters; first born. One of the babies died. Born to the wife of Otis McCauley, nee Hickman, 12 pound boy, Davis Wells. Berry Born to wife of James Huffman, a son. Pg. 5 Col. 4 Barefoot Born on the 23rd, to the wife of Robert Sidles, a boy. Pg. 7 Col. 1 Barefoot Died, Mrs. Chas. Brunker, burial at Republican Cem. Saturday evening June 13. Pg. 7 Col. 2 Buena Vista Willoughby, son of S. J. Harney died 18 June. He was one year, two months and 25 days old. Buried at Republican. Survived by parnets, and sisters. Born on 17th to the wife of Ottis McCauley a son. Newton Sipe and wife are rejoicing over the arrival of an 8 pound daughter. Pg. 7 Col. 3 Pedro Born to Otis McCauley and wife, on Brushy Fork Ave., a son, 13 pounds.
