Misses Katie and Stella Cannon were robbed of a purse containing five dollars last Saturday on board a train from Missouri, while ministering to their mother, who died suddenly. Pendleton Co. Died: P. N. Miles, 74; Mrs. George Wiley; Miss Elizabeth Rawlins, 64. Married William Doane and Miss Lillian Cummins; engagement announced of America E. Shewalter and Willie Cummins. Born to wife of Jackson Cummins, near Antioch Mills, a son – Woodrow Wilson. Bourbon Co. Died: John Henry Ewalt, 63. Mrs. Lizzie Frances Yarnell, 50, wife of Jefferson Yarnall, died at the family home on the Clay and Kiser Pike. Wm. Isgrig, 69, died suddenly at his home near Paris from heart trouble. Grant Co. Died: Mrs. Amanda Scroggin, 81; Mrs. L. S. Lam, 51. Mrs. Eliza Gouge, 82, was killed by passenger train No. 28, about two miles south of Williamstown last Friday. Bruce, better know as Charlie White Moon, the cowboy herbalist, fell down a steep flight of steps leading from his office to his laboratory at the rear of his home in Lousiville. He died shortly thereafter. Born 24 Jul, 50 years ago, in Albarmarle Co. VA. Frank Walters, the younger brother of Miss Lena Walters, died Monday at his home near Shoals, IN. Dr. John H. Barbour, in his 89th years, died at Falmouth on Sunday. James, 8 year old son of Jas.
