Regards, Edie Suttle ------------------------------ From: Edie Suttle Date: Fri, 12 Sep 1997 22:30:02 -0700 Subject: KY-F: Harrison Co: The Cynthian 1930, Part 1 FOWARD If when Memory's vision has become clouded by time, you take this volume down from its nook and in reveling among its pages live again the happy days spent at C.H.S., meet the fond friends of your yesterday and cast a tear or smile of happy recollection, then our efforts will not have been in vain. SCHOOL SONG HUSTLE-UP, CYNTHIANA HI! (H.D. INGLES) Hustle Up, Cynthiana Hi! Win this old game today; Every Bulldong will really try, Hit'em hard, That's the way! Rush that ball hard, old Bulldog line, For you we'll always be; Shut ol' Paris out, Oh won't that be fine And we'll bring home the Vic-to-ry. DEDICATION MISS LUCILE HENRY, A.B. This annual is dedicated to one who did her best that it might be published, while she was able to be with us. We wish to express our sincere sorrow that she was not able to finish the year. We hope that this dedication will bring her a ray of the joy that she has tried to stream along the way we have just finished in our High School career. WILLIAM E. LAWSON, A.B.----SUPERINTENDENT Mr. Lawson, a friend and adviser through our high school career, continues to help us through difficult passages just as he will do others after we have gone on. It is hard for us to express our gratitude and love for him. We trust he can judge for himself. Our combined wishes for him through life are Health, Wealth and Happiness. MISS GEORGIE WILLS, A.B.---SENIOR TEACHER One who understands our trials and all our temptations. One who has patience with us and loves us all alike. One who is always ready to help us and ready to forgive, when we make our many mistakes. A real guide and a God-send when we most needed someone. Thus we finish our school life together with these our supreme thoughts of her.
