Jensen rkjensen50@hotmail.com October 11, 2010, 1:27 pm Source: Harrison, Kentucky Will Book A, Page 40 Written: June 7, 1802 Recorded: August 1802 Will of Joshua King Harrison, Kentucky Will Book A, page 40 In the name of God Amen Josuah King of Harrison County and State of Kentucky Being of Bodily health and of sound and firm mind do make constitute and ordain this to be my last will and testament revoking all other wills that by me hitherto has been made first I recommend my soul to god who gave it & my body to the ground from whence it came in sure & Certain hopes of a joyfull Resurrection of the Dead I desire that my lawful Debts should be paid by my Executors who I shall hereafter name & for any Goods the almighty has been Pleased to bestow on me I give & bequest in manner and form following: Item I give and bequest to my loving wife Rachel King all my estate both real & personal none & unknown during her natural life or widowhood & it is my will & desire that after the death of my loving wife Rachel King that all my estate that shall then be remaining shall be sold at Publick auction by my Executor and the amount of the money that shall arrive from this sale of the said Estate I request & desire may be Equally divided between all my children that shall then be living at the Death of my said wife.
