The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** Deed of Andrew Polston & Elizabeth Polston, parties of 1st part to Jacob Kessinger, party of 2nd part This Inenture made and entered with this 2nd day of Dec 1886 by and between Andrew Polston and Elizabeth Polston his wife of the first part and Jacob Kessinger of the second part all of the County of Hart and State of Kentucky Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of $25.00 Twenty five dollars in hand paid the Recipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents to sell convey and confirm unto the party of the second part his ___and assigns forever parts the following described propterty viz--a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Hart Co and State of Kentucky and described as follows Beginning at a stone south of Andrew Polston's house and on the North side of the Carrico Road thence N. W. to a Chestnut Corner and red oak for pointer thence westward to a sacafrace corner in Andrew Polston's line thence southward with the said Poleston's line to a stump in a line of the said Poleston Thence southward to a small Chestnut on the North side of the Carrico Road Thence N.
