He was the son of Edward G. and Mettie Vance Waddell Brown, a native of Hart County, a retired pipefitter for Louisville Gas and Electric Co., a member of Wilkerson Temple United Methodist Church and George Washington Masonic Lodge No. 904 F&AM in Louisville. Survivors include his wife, Eloise Presley Brown of Munfordville; three sons, Armon R. and David Brown, both of Louisivlle and Wendell Brown of Munfordville; three daughters, Brenda Sue Tillman of Henderson, Ruth Ann Pugh and Mary M. Kuhman, both of Louisivlle; a brother, W.G.H. Brown of Munfordville; three sisters, Estelle Wilkerson and Frances Jaggers, both of Louisivlle and Bessie Keith of Hodgenville; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Masonic services will be at 7 p.m. CDT today in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home in Munfordville. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. CDT Tuesday at Wilkerson Temple United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernest Saint and the Rev. Nathan Richards officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Sego Funeral Home in Munfordville.
