Cook, 91, Bowling Green, (formerly of Horse Cave) died at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13, 1997 at the Christian Health Care Center, Bowling Green. She was a Hart County native, a retired teacher from the Caverna School System and a member of the Horse Cave Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Cook and a son, James M. Cook, Jr. Survivors include two sons, Paul B. Cook and Louis E. Cook, both of Bowling Green; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild; two sisters, Ann E. Miller, Orlando, Fla; and Francis Sidebottom, Louisville; several nieces and nephews.
