Cook, 68, of 304 W. Cleveland St., who died Tuesday at Brown Memorial Hosp., Conneaut, OH, will be at 11 AM Saturday at Metzler Memorial home. The Rev. Roy Adams will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Friday at the memorial home. He was born 5/27/1911 at Hardyville, KY, a son of William & Emma (sic) Cook. He married Twila Rolofson, 7/4/1941 at Monticello. She survives. Also surviving are a son, Robert C., Conneaut, OH, with whom he was visiting; 3 sisters, Lorene Morrow, Louisville, KY; Nova Guinne, Hardyville, KY; Emma Lee Edwards, Horse Cave, KY; and 2 grandsons. Three sisters preceded him in death. He was a retired self- employed plumber. Memorials may be made to Heyworth or Conneaut rescue squads.
