former employee of Hart Co Road Department. Member Woodsonville Baptist Church where

he served as a trustee and also president of the Woodsonville Brotherhood Choir. 
Former chief of the Munfordville Fire Dept and former Hart Co constable.
Son of: Porter and Cynthia Jane Richardson Coats.
Survivors:
Wife: Mable Brown Coats
Daughters: Alice Arvie of Munfordville and Cynthia Coats Williams of Hendersonn, KY
Sons: William C "Bill" Brown of Munfordville; James Mitchell Brown of Horse Cave, 
KY; Laddie Brown of Louisville, KY and John Henry Coats Jr of Bowling Green, KY
10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren
Sisters: Ovella Ford of Elizbethtown, KY and Lilly Livers of Louisville.
Brother: Lonnie Coats of Rowletts, KY
Preceded also in deathby:
Brothers: Porter Jr, Jimmie Lee and William Coats
Sisters: Gladys Winn, Dorothy Bankston and Gertrude Rogers.
Services: 1:30 pm Tuesday, 24 Oct 2000, Woodsonville Baptist Church, burial 
Woodsonville Memorial Gardens.
