"Mr. Alex Edwards also died at his county home near here, Sunday morning last. Mr. Edwards was for many years a resident of Munfordville, being for a long time a practicing lawyer at the bar here. He was of a retiring, gentle disposition, and, socially, highly respected by all who knew him. He was proabably a septuegenarian, and died from a general impairment of his physical powers, having been in feeble health some years before he died. He was a brother of Chancellor Edwards, of Louisville, of Drs. Will and Van Edwards, of this county, of Mrs. W.A. Bullock, of Glasgow, and had a large number of relatives and friends generally."
