Sister: Belinda Henley, Cleveland, TN
Nephews: Gene Henley II of Clevelend, TN; Ronnie Forrest Jr and Randall Forrest, 
both of Franklin.
Companion: Margaret Ballard, Munfordville.
Services: 1 pm Saturday, 21 April 2001, church, burial Horse Cave Cemetery, 
arrangements by Hawkins-Brooks Funeral Home.
