851 F&AM, US Army veteran having served during WWII.
Survivors:
Wife: Ruby Cottrell Fulks
Son: David and wife Connie of Madisonville
Granddaughters: Melissa Pratt of Shelbyville, KY and Melanie Blackburn of 
Madisonville
Great-grandchildren: Brandi Pratt and Brook Blackburn.
Services: 11 am Saturday, 18 March 2000, Sego Funeral Home, burial Leesville 
Cemetery at Upton, KY
