Ralph H. Locke Ralph H. Locke, 86, of Louisville, died Sunday, February 8, 
2004, at Caritas Medical Center. He was born in Hart County, KY, a retired 
machine operator for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Co., an Army veteran of World 
War II and a member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by 
his wife, the former Lillian Bowen and brother, Emmett Locke. The funeral will 
be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., a family-
owned and operated funeral home centre, with burial in Munfordville (KY) 
Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3-9 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home.
