He was employed by Hart Stone Company in Horse Cave And was a member of the Horse Cave United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Linda Faye Puckett, Horse Cave; Two sons, David Franklin Puckett, and Mark Dewayne Puckett, both of Munfordville. A daughter, Kathy Suzanne Huff , Louisville; his mother, Katharine Puckett, Mundfordville; two step-daughters, Sherri Avery Canmer and Christie Anderson, St. Petersburg,Fla; a brother, J.C. Puckett, Cave City; two half-brothers, Austin Puckett, Indianapolis,In; And Glenual Puckett, Bonnieville; three sisters, Margie Lasley, Mundfordville; Lavon Davison and Lou Vincent of Bowling Green; a granddaughter and four step grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. CST Saturday in the Chapel of Sego Funeral Home in Munfordville with the Reverends Don Dorris and Nathan Richards officiating. Burial Was in the Mundfordville Municpal Cemetery.
