He was a former resident of bonnieville, a retired farmer and a member of the Glen Lily Church of God of Prophecy. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Logsdon Polston, Horse Cave; a daughter, Mrs. Lillie Wheeler, Jonesville; 10 grand children, several great grand- children and great great grandchildren; three step-daughters, Mrs. Letha Polston, bonnieville; Mrs. Mary Frances Spencer, Indiana; Mrs. Ruby Philpot, Cave City; four stepsons, Paul Logsdon, Horse Cave; George Logsdon, Horse Cave; George Logsdon, Pascal; Clifford Logsdon, Indianapolis; James e. Logsdon, Bonnieville; a brother, Jeff Polston, Bonnieville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. friday in the chapel of Hart County Funeral Home in Munfordville. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery.
