teacher and in many other capacities as a member of the First Church of the
Nazarene same.

Husband: Gale E Patrick
Sons: David of Seymour and Dararell of Waynesville, IN
Daughter: Diane Sage and husband John of French Lick, IN
Sister: Mary Margaret Burnside and husband Rodman of Seymour
Grandchildren: Brandi Wilson, Todd, Neil, Stephanie and Jaso
Patrick; Alissa, Jon and Joe Sage
Great-grandchildren: Megan, Morgan, Jasmine and Blake Patrick, Aubrey Brown and
Ashley Sage
Several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by brother: Clifton "Blackie" Smith.
Services: 11 am Friday, 25 Feb 2000, Voss and Sons Funeral Home, Seymour, IN;
burial Riverview Cemetery.
