A native of Munfordville, a former EKG Technician at Floyd Memorial Hospital in Clarksville, IN, former president of Kentuckiana Cardiology Technologists Association, a volunteer for 4-H, a member of Fairview Homemakers Club, Jefferson County Extension Service and Buechel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Martin Presley and Ollie May (Poston) Presley, two sisters, Katherine Middleton and Esther Ruark, and one brother, Ivan Martin Presley. Survivors include her husband, John Robert Schindler, two sons, Robert Ray and Larry Edward and four grandchildren, Rene, Eddie, Martin and Rob, all of Louisville; five sisters, Eloise Brown, Munfordville, Ruth Puckett, Clarkson, Dorothy Nunn, Elizabethtown, Alline Crenshaw, Louisville, Edith Bastin, Horse Cave, two brothers, Paul Presley, Ft. Myers, FL, and George Presley, Salem, IN. Funeral services were held Friday, December 3, 1999, at Evergreen Funeral Home, Louisivlle, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
