"Mr. I. T. Winn died at his residence near Horse Cave, of typhoid fever, Tuesday, at one o'clock. Mr. Winn had been desperately ill for some time, and his death was not a surprise to those acquainted with his condition. Mr. Winn was one of the best men and citizens in all this section. He was an ideal farmer, a thoroughly correct, honorable gentleman, and a devout member of the Baptist church. The news of his death will be received with sincere and profound regret by all - and more especially by those acquainted with the honorable, manly qualities of the deceased. "Mr. Winn was a son-in-law of Mr. R. S. Palmore of ___. He leaves a widow and __ children __ tender an ___band. "Funeral services were conducted yesterday at one o'clock, p.m. at the home of the deceased, by Revs. Dockery and Page, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Palmore family burying ground near his residence."
