His oration wa on Child Labor and won him victory over the other 9 school representatives. He will be representing District 10 in Lexington next month. Deusner won first place in Hopkinsville earlier in the year, during the Western Ky oratorical contest. Margarie Duncan of Greenville Ky, Muhlenburg Co won second place in the B.M.T.H.S. held in Henderson KY on the topic of World Court. James Farley of Spottsville, Henderson County won third place in the B.M.T.H.S, held in Henderson KY on the topic of Child Labor.
